When faced with the word ‘workout’ many of us will recoil in horror, unless of course that workout involves sex. Throughout sex our bodies are continually experiencing physiological changes that are consistent with an exercise routine. Our breathing rates rise which in turn burns calories, which means that if you have sex just three times a week you can burn around 7,500 calories a year. That’s the same as running 75 miles! Now, you may think that ‘Sure, sex is good, but sometimes sex can get boring especially if you and your partner have been together for too long. And that is why I’m writing this article for you, I will give you 10 sex positions to try before you die.
How: The woman has to be on her back and her hips on the edge of the bed, the man penetrates her while standing. She then puts her legs over his shoulders and tilts her hips slightly upward.
How: The man has to be lying flat on his back and his knees bent, she straddles him with one leg to the side of his hip and the other leg between his legs. The woman can then find just the right spot to grind against his pubic bone with him inside her. She controls the pace, the depth and the amount of pressure and friction she receives.
How: Lie side by side with your partner and have the man enter their partner from their behind.
